Oak staircase to two spacious double bedrooms each with large wardrobe cupboards and en-suite bathrooms each with bath and hand held shower, wash hand basin, W.C., and heated towel rails. Electric heating throughout.

Double doors open to a south facing enclosed patio garden and large porch with outdoor dining furniture to the rear, ideal for dining alfresco or just soaking up the sun in total privacy. Gas BBQ, rotary washing line.

A non-smoking cottage. Small well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.

• Exclusive use of the cottage from 3pm on the day of arrival, until 10am on the day of departure.

• Cottage cleaned thoroughly before and after your holiday.

• Freshly made up beds, with high quality cotton Bed Linen and duvets.

• A weekly change of linen for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

• All electricity, heating (if required) and hot water.

• Fully equipped kitchen including foil, cling film, washing up liquid, dish cloths, drying up cloths, oven gloves, vegetable oil, spices and salt and pepper, candles, paper napkins, dishwasher liquid/tablets, etc.

• Bathmat, fluffy bath and hand towels in bathroom. Molton Brown bath products.
