£50 non-refundable booking deposit and £50 refundable deposit against damage or breakages. Reservation held for one week pending arrival of deposit cheque. Balance by cheque 6 weeks before arrival. During October - April a heating charge of £50 per week will apply in addition to prices shown. This covers gas for the radiators and logs for the woodburner.
