Being on the Wine route you can walk to the local Chateau to select your wines and on your way help yourself to the cherries, figs, walnuts and chestnuts that you will find in abundance - depending on the time of year.

Large kitchen/diner with all necessary equipment including wood burning stove, electric radiator and ceiling fan.

Comfortable lounge includes sofabed, tv, video, cd player..

Fully tiled shower room and separate fully tiled W.C.

Laulerie sits literally surrounded by the rolling vineyards and is ideally situated for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

The Chateau Font du Parc - run by the amiable Monsieur Pierre Santerno - is a leisurely 5 min walk - to go and select your wines.

We are approx 2 miles from the village of St Méard - so warm croissants for breakfast! 7 miles from Ste Foy La Grande with its fabulous Saturday morning market. A further 5 miles is the Chateau Vigiers an excellent golf and Country club.

Change over day is Saturday.

£50 non refundable booking deposit and £50 refundable deposit against damage or breakages. Balance by cheque 6 weeks before arrival.

Reservation held for one week pending arrival of deposit cheque. If not received we reserve the right to relet the property.

During October - April a heating charge of £50 per week in addition to prices shown, this covers electricity for the radiators and logs for the woodburner. For Long term lets a meter reading would be taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
