Here
we suggest just a small sample of the many activities available
to visitors to the area, when for some reason yet another day spent
lazing in the sun is just too much to bear...
Riding
- Centre D'Equestre
St.
Méard boasts its very own equestrian centre on the edge of
the village, run by Françoise, a fully qualified instructor.
During the summer the centre hosts major competitions, and there's
a wide range of activities for riders of all levels. I'm no expert,
but even I can see there's loads of horses of all sizes for riders
big and small!
More information due shortly
Golf
- St. Remy Driving Range
Just five minutes north of St. Méard, the new driving range at Golf de St. Rémy is an ideal place to spend some time practising your swing or simply relaxing with a drink.
