Here we present a series of images taken from vintage postcards - and their present-day equivalents. Notice the statue on the Monument des Morts has been turned around - it now faces the village hall. The church roof shows a number of changes, while the old pharmacy had a new frontage, before finally relocating a few months ago. The covered marketplace clearly was once partially built in - our modern shot shows the remains of the previous day's May Day Floralies festival. There are more cars now, and the telephone wires are less prominent, their poles being replaced in the skyline by TV aeriels.
